A former water treatment plant built in the Taisho period. Six buildings, including the pump room and office building, remain in the same condition as they were when they were in use, including their white and blue exterior walls which stand out against the blue sky.
It is a very popular location for photo shoots, including pre-wedding shoots and family photo shoots, because of its beautiful interior and exterior.
